I have really gotten into Big Bang's Last Farewell.  However, it is a pain in the behind to sing along to because i suck at Korean.  Then, as i was looking around for PVs, is tumbled across the DL links for the album and guess what?  There's a Japanese version, called Baby Baby :D  Which is a heck of a lot easier to sing along to.  Also, just like Gara Gara Go it has quite simple Japanese and it is mostly English.  There's no way in hell i am even attempting translating Korean.

It goes kanji, then romaji then English if you are interested in skipping all that.

There is quite a bit i am not sure about.  I said that it was easy Japanese, but that doesn't mean I completely understand everything.  I just realized i knew all the words (well, except one or two...).  I also couldn't find the kanji so i had to write it out and hope for the best.  I finally stumbled upon it and i updated a few accordingly (like 'omoi'  wasn't 思いbut 想い apparently).  It makes a bit more sense with some of the kanji i changed so yay~!  Although, kanji online has been different from the song booklets, but i don't have that CD so I'll have to make do.  I actually like the songs so i might consider getting it (if it's still available.)  It's still a bit 'shallow' sounding.  I went on a tangent on this review found in [livejournal.com profile] arashi_on  about Western music being very shallow.  The lyrics are dull and mainstream and always about hooking up, sex, dancing, drugs or booze.  There is nothing there to like.  The beats make up for it so i get into it but then i realize what they are actually saying and sometimes i am embarrassed.  How could that sell?? Anyways, the lyrics seem a bit better than that, although the rapping and such sounds exactly like Western....but it's cuter with GD and hotter with T.O.P. I have this thing with 'baby'.  It sounds so...dirty? White-trashy? I don't know, but i don't think i would like hearing that from my bf and it annoys me when it is in fanfics.  My best friend calls me that, but there's no intention to it.  Well, she calls me babe online and in texts but not out loud so much.  For a guy though, it just annoys (and sometimes disgusts) the hell out of me.  Sorry.  It's catchy in the song though 8D  As far as i know it's up to typical Asian (Japanese songs).  I have never seen translations from the original Korean but it doesn't seem like shallow rapping....I can't convey what i want without sounding bitchy :( I just re-read that and i don't like how that sounds...oh well *shrugs*  I want to try Gara Gara Go next because that one is fairly simple too (maybe lol)

Also, as my brother was drying dishes he was whistling 'Chippoke no Yuuki' by FUNKY MONKEY BABYS and i stopped behind him and smirked.  When he realized why i was smirking he scoffed and said 'ah that song has been in my head all day and i didn't know why!!'. I notice he whistles a lot of my music against his will :P
