anan 2010.12.22 translations - top

it's been a while since i last translated something, eh? Well, when i bought this magazine like, 5 months ago, i wanted to translate it right away! But, my kanji reading level is close to zilch. So, it has taken me a long time to do this thing. Honestly, i put it off for about 2 months >,< i have a notebook with quite a few translations of songs (mostly Big Bang but i translated 2 Arashi songs too) but i don't feel they are right so i am refraining from posting them, until i either correct them or don't care anymore.

This is the first time i have translated a magazine article so please, bear with me.  At some points i just gave up and went with whatever i had.  The main reason i wanted to translate this is because the main part, the 10 questions, were incredibly easy for me to understand, with a few minor parts i didn't quite understand, but the rest well i was amazed! First time i enjoyed reading a Japanese magazine of mine. It was the intro paragraphs that got me :/

Here it is~! I don't have my scanner hooked up (no where to put it) and i no longer have PS so no resizing either :S Oh, i also changed it up and added the pages. It's just because TOP needs to be seen (even though i like his hair better after this when it got cut >< ). I was going to post scans but i can't. Oh and it's 'too long' so no kanji or kana :/ and no pics really -_- even just like, 5 and i's telling me it's too big. Probably too high quality or something <<

*--> the direct translation is something along the lines of ‘forcing with friends to make a fuss’. I thought that ‘hanging with friends’ might be a better way to say this (possibly meant that they’d talk about it and such but he doesn’t think that would make him feel better)

 **--> it’s hard forme to write this out properly. I couldn’t find a good translation of ‘uttori’. What came up was something along the lines of being captivated so I went with that.

I feel bad for TOP. I mean, the only thing he wants to do on a date is openly hold hands :s Something so simple and normal for couples {C}{C}{C}and he can't even do that >.<
